Returns + Exchanges

Q. How do I return or exchange a product?

A. We want you to be blissfully happy with your Peyton Co. goodies and for it to be a match made in heaven. If for some reason it is discovered that it is not, no need to return the unused portion. We will happily exchange it for store credit.

Unopened and unused and unneeded or unloved? Reach out within 30 days of purchase and bring the unopened product back to our store and we will provide a refund to the same method that was used as payment.

Bought it online? No problem. Please email us at sales@thepeytonco.com with "return" written in the subject line, and we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Your refund will be authorized within 3 business days of receiving the product back. Please allow up to 3 additional business days to see the refund reflect in your banking information.  In the case of an exchange, the buyer is responsible to pay for shipping on the newly selected products to be sent to them.

Q. When can I expect to receive my order?

A.

COVID -19 Shipping Updates: Please allow more time for shipping and receiving your product. We do not have the staff currently to support our usual shipping speed and volume. We are truly doing our best, and we sincerely appreciate your kindness and understanding. 

We ship via USPS Priority in most circumstances, and transit time in the contiguous USA can be between 1-3 days, and up to 5 for AK, HI, and Puerto Rico. Please allow up to 4 business days for processing, as our processing time fluctuates between same day to 4 days out pending volume etc. You will be provided a tracking number upon shipping label generation which may occur several days before your package arrives at the departure post office, as we fulfill orders as soon as possible. Please allow transit time to begin once the package is accepted at the departure post office, not when your label is generated. 

Q. What type of shipping materials do you use?

A. We use 100% recyclable shipping materials and packing materials to aid in sustainability and eco-responsibility. We encourage you to reuse the super cute crinkle paper we use as cushioning, and to reuse or recycle the white corrugated cardboard boxes we ship with.

A. Yes!!! We proudly do not use any animal product or by-product. We are excited about all the incredible innovations in clean beauty and vegan skincare, and we are always striving to find plant based ingredients of the utmost integrity.

Q. Are you Cruelty Free?

A. Yes! We are a Cruelty Free brand and we are highly vigilant in ensuring our supply chain is as well. We believe that animals should not be harmed for the sake of beauty. Our furry, feathery and scaled friend deserve the freedom to exist! We test on willing humans only.
